The apartment is 30 minutes from Faro airport by car on the A22.
The apartment block is set in lovely well maintained grounds with flower beds and lawns.
The apartment is on the 1st floor (top floor) up two short flights of stairs. The stairs up from the front door lead up to the roof terrace.
Accommodation
Bedroom one: Double bed with posture pedic mattress, fitted wardrobes, chest of draws with TV. Glass sliding doors lead out to a balcony with views over the pool. Air conditioning. There is a table and six chairs for “Alfresco “ dining. The en-suite bathroom has a jacuzzi bath with shower over, a basin and toilet.
Bedroom two: Twin beds with posture pedic mattresses, fitted wardrobes and a chest of draws. Glass sliding doors open onto a balcony overlooking the pool. Air conditioning. Walk in shower basin and toilet. Fully tiled.
Lounge / Diner
Large room with extending table and chairs, sofa and easy chairs. TV with Netflix. Sliding glass doors access balcony with bar and bar stools. Air conditioning.
Kitchen
Separate kitchen with gas hob, electric oven. Fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Electric kettle and toaster. There is a full compliment of crockery, cutlery, and glasses.
Pool and gardens
The pool is accessed through gates at each end of the building. There is a communal BBQ all set in large lawned garden.
Amenities / Local Amenities
Guia is perfectly positioned in the centre of the Algarve with easy access to the A22 motorway and just of the EN125. There are many attractions and facilities in the immediate area, with Gale beach one of the longest on the Algarve stretching from Albufeira to Armaçao de Pera.
Salgados Golf Course is a 10 minute drive and you can walk along the boardwalk to the bird sanctuary, popular with birdwatchers who enjoy many varieties of birds including flamingos on the waters.
Gale beach is a ten minute taxi ride ( there are umbrellas and beach towels in twin bedroom wardrobe )
Albufeira Old Town with the famous Fishermens Beach is close by and there are a large variety of international restaurants and roadside cafes in this lovely part of the Algarve.
The Algarve shopping centre is within walking distance or a 5 minute drive on the N125. There is a huge supermarket Continente, and lots of fashion and shoe shops.
Medical centre, next door to apartment block: Municipal Market open daily for fresh fruit and veg. : Santander bank, Catholic Church, Bars and restaurants are all within a short walk. A bus stop opposite the block for buses to Albufeira.
All linens and towels including pool towels are provided. WiFi, Netflix. Portable radiators.
Everything you need is just a short walk from the apartment.
